Not drinking alcohol for a month

More concerning is the 10 cigarettes...smoking alot messes me up much worse than drinking. Must be my low blood pressure.

lol.. it's not really that bad if you consider that there were 3 of us.. also I wanted to treat my friends coz they covered the bill when I was too drunk to bother on my birthday.

I literally can not afford alcohol save for special occasions, I fall in the 'mid-middle' income group. Not to be sanctimonious or anything but I just don't grasp how people (friends I know) who are on lower salaries get by when buying alcohol at least once a week. Or perhaps that is exactly why they do ?

Smoking contributes a LOT to your hangover, probably 90%, when you stop smoking you will rarely have a hangover unless you hit it really hard.

Yes. That seems to be the only way for me to "stay clean". When I go out with my friends then my rubber arm comes into effect.

well, it's been 60+ days now. and I feel a lot better. we did a braai on Sunday (no alcholol) and it was nice for once as we weren't smashed, burning the food and not talking sh@t.

big test comes tonight, work dinner. I'm already drooling for the banana milkshakes
