Thanks, cleaning the sim fixed it, so simpleTry cleaning the sim card with a cloth, has solved it once or twice for me.
If that does not work, you will need to contact CellC customer support and give them your cell phone number. Hope you have a spare CellC sim you can use so that it's a free call.

I think it might have, but you can usually still recharge in the expiry window to activate it again, I couldn't even do that, but its fixed nowHow long ago did you recharge? It could fall into expiry window.
