Just reinstalled windows 10 on my pc. Now I can only see the other machines if I type in their IP addresses.

Can't see them under network. Can only see my pc not the media server or anything else.

As I said I can type in the IP address and that works perfect however this isn't ideal.

All sharing options are set correctly I assume.

Any ideas?

Thanks firewall also completely turned off

is netbios enabled and is the service running?

tcp/ip netbios helper, in services,

if you disabled and enabled it under wins, it could have "jolted" the service to start up properly at the next reboot. or its dependencies...
