The 2300Mhz(What Telkom uses) version doesnt get released in South Africa.
You would need to import it when its released.

There are only a handful of LTE phones that actually support TM's 2300MHz LTE (the LG G3 being one of them, although its not officially supported by TM).
Regarding the SG Note 4, be careful when buying this flagship phone through Telkom - it seems they are quitely selling the 3G-only model. Even if you do port to another LTE network, you still wouldn't have LTE with TM's Note 4!
