Notebook advice plz

Are Mecer notebooks any good? Anyone have experience with them?

I'm looking at getting this one:

With the i5 option, 2GB memory, Seagate 500GB 7200rpm = R6 200

It will be use for some gaming, I'm not expecting high level graphics obviously from a notebook.
Is it worth the price? Or any other better suggestions would be much appreciated

If you wanna play games, look for a notebook with nVidia graphics which are decent, even if it's core 2 duo.

Stay away from Mecer. Honestly. If you need to fhave something fixed under warranty it's one hell of a mission. Trust me. I've been there. Rather go for a Dell. They have 3 year on site warranty.

Thanks for the advice but I was searching for other decent notebooks but the other 1's are really expensive compared to the Mecer prices.
Any suggestions on what to go for?
