So Telkom whats the point of offering ADSL over ISDN if you cannot provide the service.
I am sure you can but Telkom needs some training for DSLAM for ADSL over POTS
or ADSL over ISDN.
I'm sure they do not have ASDL over ISDN cards no demand for it.

So do you know what model of Huawei DSLAM they are using ? I heard that was the supplier

Due to the nature of ADSL you cannot have it on an ISDN line (South Africa or any other country).

Better tell Cisco.

I went from ISDN to ADSL in one go although it was obviously multi stage process.
