Nowire is as bad as Sentech, except they are BAD on their own and you can ADD to that Sentech's poor service because they have to deal with Sentech themselves.

I regret supporting them.

I know of two individuals who have tried to cancel with NoWire before receiving their modems... one has been fighting for 2 months without much joy.

Well, when I signed up we were promissed the earth,

Well now I sit with uncappy clienst and Nowire will not cancel contracts, I advise no one to support them until they get there act into gear.

NoWire has been a nightmare for me.

Inconsistant debits, Marthie Duvenage(Marketing MD!) calling me and accusing me of harassing her employees; Being asked in a surely manner “Why are you signing up with NoWire if you aren’t happy with the service?” followed by a ludicrous snigger is not a good business strategy, a good business strategy would be to listen to customer complaints and improve your service.

I've also been asking to apologise for the use of expletives and for the tone of my emailed complaints, which I think is absurd; I shall use that language and tone I deem necessary. If you screw-up in capitalist economy, accept that you'll have to eat some sh*t or pay-up.

They just don't seem to have any appreciation or sympathy for my predicament; paid R7000 over the last four months for a service I'm not receiving.

They actually seem like some self-righteous, morally prescriptive adolescents.

Well, the latest to my sarga, Nowire has told me if you run us down on the forums we will take you license to distribute the product. Well its not like I want to distribute the ****ing **** ! It does not work !. Now that is an mature way of sorting a problem out (NOT).

Why not admit, there is a proble, fix it, appologise and take steps to sort it out !

Well here's the warning, Take my license away, and see what I will have to say ?
