Ntflix SA vs USA

The thing is they want to block it somehow now right? I mean block the VPN services.
Was going to sign up in Feb.

Why wait? You get a free month starting whenever.

So... Does anybody know the mechanics of Netflix's library updates? Basically, (when) can we expect more content to be added to the SA library? I am not done with the current content, just curious as to when there will be more stuff available. Thanks!

Because they are changing the easy access to USA content via VPN (apparently) and why bother about the month free if i can't continue using it afterwards for the shows I watch?

We've already had a few additions. I think we started with a small library just so the launch got done. So we should see some nice additions over the next few months.

So we shouldn't expect announcements or anything - it would be done quietly?

If you liked and favourited a few movies and series you will get an email when a show gets added that you may enjoy. Especially if you did that whole taste survey that Netflix has.

There's a whole bunch of Netflix originals coming in Feb as well.

The 1st of the month in all the regions is like Christmas, when a ton of content is added, and some titles are removed, and then titles are added sporadically throughout the month

Just an observation ... USA is tops for TV shows. They have a great library of new and old shows.
If you are looking for recent movies, rather head to Canada or Mexico, and try some continental Europe countries, like Netherlands and Belguim too.
The USA did not renew their contract with Epix last year, which means they do not have access to a lot of recent movie titles.

Is it just me or is everyone now able to access the US list of Netflix content?

I have a Openweb uncapped premium account and last week it seemed to have unlocked to the full list with firefly, x-files DC legends etc.
Not complaining but is a little slow at times and I suspect it will go away soon.

This sounds to good to be true! But I hope it is true...
