NTSC PS3 with Emotion Engine or PAL PS3 60GB with Software Emulation?

Description: I'm taking a chance, but I thought I'd just throw that out here...I'm looking for an original NTSC PlayStation 3 that still has the Emotion Engine hardware for playing PS2 titles?I know these are probably rare to find in this country, but just checking.If not, then I'm looking for an original PAL PS3 that supports Software Emulation for the PS2 titles?I have a stack of PS2 titles that I'd like to play on the PS3 that upscales all the PS2 games to HD. I know alot of people have said, just keep your old PS2 to play your PS2 titles, but I'd prefer to play them on the PS3 if I can.Specifically looking for someone who wants to get rid of their old PS3 who does not play their PS2 games anymore and wants upgrade to a newer PS3 with the 65nm CPU and GPU.PM me if anyone has these available or interested in selling.
