In yet another example of the human race's bold commitment to inappropriate nakedness, a New Jersey man was arrested last Thursday after a family spotted him having a shower in his front garden.

According to police, 49-year-old Fred Michaux of Vineland, New Jersey was seen by a mother and her two young daughters as he showered himself with a garden hose on his front lawn at around 4 o'clock in the afternoon.

When she spotted Michaux showering, one of the girls reportedly commented: 'Mom, there's Fred taking a shower outside again.' Which is pretty much the money quote for this article.

If I were him I'd lay a peeping tom type charge against the dumb@ss biotches who had him arrested

Don't joke... my grandparents used to have this 'old-age home ready' couple that lived down the road from them... they used t do their gardening in the nude... DODGE.

Depends... if you're in clear view of a public place, then you're in the wrong, if its completely private and the public have to go out of their way to see you, then they're in the wrong. AFAIK thats how it works in SA.
