Number portability provides problems for value-added services

no real surprize here, it's mostly a stuffup.
 
Still wating to see the incredible deals that were promised by the operators, and giving away trinkets does not count. I don't see any realistic cheaper rates on offer. What use will network to network call reductions be if you can't tell who is on what network by their cell number? Do I now first have to ask people what network they are on and then decide if it worth it to phone them, bha a load of c***. This whole thing was nothing more than a marketing oppertunity for the networks, no REAL benifit to consumers, except maybe the few who have been done in by their current provider and whish to change.
