This smack of LCR operators trying to protect their revenue base and not panic companies that are using LCR at present.
Churn rates are likely to be high and LCR operators are going to have a difficult time determining the lowest cost method to switch calls, they're not going to admit this as it would be a catastrophy for their main revenue source!
