No they don't and it doesn't. It's first of all an AI chip that functions as a neural network and not a true GPU. Tesla also fibbed by understating the performance of the Nvidia chip and used the wrong one. They compared their dual chip to Nvidia's single chip driver assist Xavier processor.

Their two chip FSD only runs at 144 TOPs while the full featured Nvidia AGX Pegasus runs at 320 TOPs.
