NZB's and Afrihost

Hi guys

Is anyone else experiencing problems downloading NZB's off the IS news server with an Afrihost account?

It will start downloading for 2 seconds and then just stop. If very lucky it will download for around 10 seconds. Tried it on a saix account and it worked perfectly.

That's because the IS news server sucks and has a very short retention perod. Saix probably just still had that nzb in cache.

For a small fee u should get a good news server with long retention.
I use newsdemon and have no problems with up to 50 concurrent sessions and max speed downloads

Yeah the paid for option seems to be the way to go.
I've been using astraweb for a couple of months now and its been very stable.
