Not at all, in fact I was a big supporter of Obama. I hoped he would get in over Clinton and McCain, he was just the right "medicine" at the time.
There's no doubt his "Yes We Can" and "Change You Can Believe In" campaign was inspiring and the perfect tonic post-Bush.

I was quite happy with his presidency until I started digging deeper, seeing what laws he has implemented and is trying to implement.

Like I said -- a man is judged by his actions -- not the colour of his skin, what he says, or his personality, but his deeds. You claim to be a level-headed seeker of truth relying on common sense, well then go investigate just what he has done rather than appealing to his skin colour and his significance as a black man..

Quite frankly I'm not too concerned about his eligibility, personally I even think the law is unnecessary. However the fact is it is law, so it would speak to his character if he is not eligible and yet insists he is.

That might sound like something funny to say, but I suggest you go read the thread before you label it bull****. Many Americans were cheering in theatres after watching it.

Just because it's a continent away does not make it any less relevant to us. Given Zuma's attempts at bypassing the constitution and attempts at passing the Secrecy Bill, it is just as relevant to us here in SA as it is to Americans or anyone else.

the tea party tribune is hardly a credible source and the point is that the idiots are not understanding the basic statement made.
Quite simply the tea party opposes Obama because he is coffee to their tea ...

No, you didn't quote the article. You said "the quotes were directly from Obama's attorney". Hence, either you lied, or as I've said, on this thread and in the past, you don't bother actually researching anything passed the first article which you come across. Five mins on the net and you could tell how thoroughly Apuzzo got beaten.

The problem is that the journalists do indeed understand the outcome, but straight out lie when doing these opinion pieces regarding the 'facts'. The idiots who frequent these (many) blogs then take what they've read as gospel. Like the OP did.

Such a typical statement. Lets put it into perspective shall we. You enjoyed posting your creationist and ID links there. You however, did not like the nonsense you posted being torn apart in intelligent rebuttals. You resorted to mine-quoting, refusal to answer questions that showed you were talking poo, insults, claiming to be picked on, attacking mods and my favourite - frustrating people with these tactics and then continuously reporting them after you had goaded them with your refusal to concede the argument. Your hope of course, being that they would receive infractions or be banned.

I think this rather despicable trait of yours was created because you no doubt thought you were being picked on for receiving infractions for insulting people yourself. Then, after doing enough to actually get yourself banned, the mods were actually kind enough to change the system so that you could not access the sub-forum where you were causing all the trouble, but let you remain as a member. So you went off in a sulk for a few months, but then returned and soon resorted to your old ways. Like posting the "America is fascist and income tax is not legal" thread. And then ignoring, goading and reporting members.

The thread was closed, and then you attacked a mod in a pm. The admins stepped in and banned you. Permanently. You then created another id and rejoined the forum just to send an insulting pm to a mod again. Where you apparently had something to say about his wife and new born child.

So Stu/empirex, exactly how far do you think freedom of speech goes hey. And I'm sure you know who I am over there :)
