The democrats get into power, start sorting everything out and when the fires are mostly out, the normal apathetic democrat voter relaxes and the midwest republican's vote their guys back into power.

Obama's biggest problem as I see it is that the US is a very racial country. They may say otherwise but I can't see the midwest US citizens voting for Obama.

They did vote in a adminstration that has a black Secretary of State.
