You can call it anything you like, but if countries (shirtholes) like Afghanistan, allow Islamic terrorists to setup bases within their borders, the NATO forces will go in there and "kick ass" (aka "make war") with the Islamic terrorists.
And as can be seen in Pakistain, where they just don't have the resources, or possibly the inclination, to get rid of the Islamic terrorists, the US will help them out with Drones.

In a case like this one declares Martial Law -- this is the way that has been evolved for the system to work.

Obviously things are a lot more complicated as the Americans hide behind "Democratically" elected governments -- just like in Indo-China.

These puppets take all the heat and leave the Americans pretending that every thing is just hunky-dory.

They do not want to / cannot declare war as then there are pesky things like the Geneva Convention to worry about as well as all the political fallout.

So they just blunder on in this never-never land -- just like Indo-China.

So because they don't have a country, the US can invade any country where there are terrorists. And what happens when the people of that country want to defend themselves against the US invaders (Because thats what they are)?

Well democracy technically means majority rule. In America if you have the actual state under control you get so many "votes", so in fact you can have more people vote for you (But in the wrong states) and still lose an election, just as Al Gore did when Bush was elected for the first time.

Kinda skewed democracy.

You missed reading the post properly.

I was refering to the "puppet-regimes" kept afloat with American TAXPAYER money -- where democracy is something you hear about on CNN.

As to America -- depends on what the average IQ is -- you can get a "democratically" elected IDIOT Gov. ( kind of like NOW )

One has to kinda wonder just WHO the "Terrorists" are :confused:

Fortunately the World still works somewhat to a program and a specific way of doing things

It is called DIPLOMACY -- and -- INTERNATIONAL LAW ( something that seems to be missing in your understanding of how the World works )

Applies to the USA as well ( even IF they do not like it )

India invades Pakistan in order to apprehend these perps ( and sparks off a Nuclear WAR )

Yes, those Islamic terrorists will be targeted by the US drones seeing as Pakistain shows no inclination of dealing with the terrorists.

It STILL remains intereference in the affairs of a SOVEREIGN state.

ANYWHERE else in the World it would be grounds for WAR

( Imagine if Mugabe send drones across the Limpopo to attack and kill white dissidents in SA )

I suppose that would be too much of a leap of logic for you :(
