Of course 8 months after Bush took office there were some people who really really disapproved of his policies! :p

This is why the Dems played the 'Cheney card' sending lemmings into a frenzy.

Bush was the most unpopular president ever :D Thats a fact!

/me gives Alan a republican banana. So.. when are you going to join your meth smoking buddies in the Republican senate? I would love to see you there. You are everything that represents republicans :D

Speaking of lemmings...... :D

How you doing Wiz. Stopped bouncing off the walls ;)

Wow.. witty Alan.. amazingly witty. Not. Guess you got that cracking sense of humour from American TV?

Washington - US President Barack Obama admitted on Tuesday he's a little frumpy, but brushed aside suggestions that he should pay greater attention to fashion.

"Here's my attitude. Michelle, she looks fabulous. I'm a little frumpy," Obama laughed in an interview with NBC.

He was defending himself after the US fashion police let out howls of horror over the so-called old-fashioned "Dad jeans" that the president wore to throw the first pitch at a Saint Louis baseball match last week.

"I hate to shop. Those jeans are comfortable. And for those of you who, you know, want your president to, you know, look great in his tight jeans, I'm sorry, I'm not the guy," he shrugged.

And he admitted that he would not be caught dead in any "low-rider" jeans. "Sorry ... it just doesn't fit me. I'm not 20," he said ruefully.

The president of the United States also admitted that "basically, up until a few years ago, I only had four suits." First Lady Michelle Obama, who has swiftly become a fashion icon for her style and elegance, "used to tease me because they'd get really shiny," he added.

No need to worry. Just has to fix up his fashion sense and his poll numbers will go back up among his base support. You know YOU/Heat magazine reading types....

Yeah.. you wont find many Republicans that read YOU or Heat (anything harder than a coloring in book throws them off).. mind you.. you dont find many Republicans than can make words longer than a single syllable.. I hear thats a common problem with people who believe in talking snakes.

Okay.. you all ready for him? Got a meth smoking pastor? Perhaps a call boy or two? You never know with Republicans.. haha, tell him not many people here believe in talking snakes :D

Man these republicanuts have such hate...

Last week I was greeted with an uncomfortable curiosity: a brace of hate mail in my inbox, received within a 20-minute span. The first came at 7:26: "You are an uneducated writer! You need to get your fact straight! You are a liberal bastard! You need to get informed!" All arguable propositions, perhaps, but that still left the question: why was this person realizing that precisely now, and why, two minutes later, did "Dr. Anthony" feel moved to inform me, "I've noticed a trend that left-wing extremists tend to be exceedingly ugly & perverse. Living with that ugliness & deviance seems to lead to an aberration of thought as well. I am attempting to formulate the correlation..."

And then, while he did, as if on a schedule, another deluge hit some three hours later, the messages several notches more frightening:

"Your a piece of s---. we will hunt you left wing libs down one by one. you lieing piece of trash."

"So perlstein, whats your problem with Fox and conservatives. you jews should be dancing on the ceilings.you have control of the government, obama, congress, senate...."

"You sir are far more dangerous than Sarah Palin ever will be."

YouTube soon revealed all. Bill O'Reilly had run a segment on an article I published in the July 20 Newsweek, along with a picture—my author photograph—and a description of me—"this Perlstein," who had written "some book no one heard of," spit out with such venom that more than one friend of mine thought of Sasha Baron Cohen's Borat singing about throwing a Jew down a well. I was, Bill O'Reilly explained, an agent of "media corruption." In a subsequent newspaper column, O'Reilly summarized the problem thus: "Under the guise of hard news reporting, the media is pushing rank propaganda on the citizenry. Dr. Joseph Goebbels the Nazi propaganda minister, successfully developed this tactic in the 1930s."

In the "Wizard the chip-on-the-shoulder inferiority complex, napoleon syndrome, socialist, media-indoctrinated, democrat, vs Alan" debate, I have to say I'm rooting for Alan. And I'm not even a republican.

Simply because Alan has stated somewhat common knowledge regarding the "lemmings" (the hordes of women who have orgasms while chanting "yes we can" at the Obama stadiums. The hordes of voters who thought Obama's sex appeal and looks and ability to memorise a speech had any direction relation to his ability to be a president. The people who believed all Obama's "change" horse****. Those people are the majority of his voters, I'm afraid.) and refrained from insulting wizkid or the democrats whereas wizkid feels the need to lash out like a frightened street urchin, furthering his own agenda at every possible opportunity.

Obama in all fairness inherited a dire situation. Bush handed him the rudder of a scuttered boat.

Perhaps it has more to do with the Obamasiah embracing Bush's policies :erm:

The problem for Obama is reconciling dealing with the real world as president and the lofty idealists delusions of his base support which he fanned with his promises of "hope and change"

What I meant, wizkid, is that I understand their policies but don't necessarily agree with all of them. Convenient of you to ignore the rest of the post. But I suppose without that ability of yours, that "I'm right, you're wrong, yada yada yada I CAN"T HEAR YOU!!!" classic, you'd have been dead already ;-)
