I recently started doing this, and it is really nom nom nom.

In a cup or whatever mixing bowl you want to use, gooi some double cream yoghurt. Into that mix a table spoon of green crushed chilli (those you can buy crushed and in little jars), with that another tea spoon of crushed garlic. I have had this over eggs, over boerewors, over russians and over avo's. It is tasty and a nice replacement for mayo I think.

Indians been having it... and greeks...

Really? Is it that tahina sauce or whatever it is called? I dont like that crap. Tastes like nothing. Mine is better ... and you can make it as hot or mild as yu want with the chilli and choose how much garlic you want. I LOVE garlic.

Try adding some lemon juice as well?

Where on earth can one buy the crushed chilies? The type they give you in a little bowl at Primi and at Pannarottis?
I see crushed garlic everywhere but no crushed chillies.

Veggie shop. Chillies run at around R10/KG. Blender.
