Where on earth can one buy the crushed chilies? The type they give you in a little bowl at Primi and at Pannarottis?
I see crushed garlic everywhere but no crushed chillies.

Aint it going to curdle or go like a very funny texture with lemon juice?

Nope.. That happens when u add lemon juice to milk or yoghurt when it's heated I think.
