However, I had to message them via online chat.
At first the techs wanted to troubleshoot, but eventually they asked me to reboot ONT and router and speed was upgraded.
They still have to enable it on their side, Octotel's side is done.
oh, okay.... Octotel come on, wakey wakeyJust to be sure, this is for all lines? not just new sign ups? im on hold for the Webchat
my router might not have reset due to the back up power supply, so makes sense a restart might sort this out
