Hello everyone

My old router lacks certain functionality so I got a friend to borrow me 2 of his so far while I decide on which router I wish to get next.

I put in my mweb account details back into the router and the Internet light switches to green and I assume I am ready to surf the web again however everytime I try access a web page it says I have no Internet. I get a pop up page saying I need to verify my telkom adsl line? Telkom thinks it's a newly registered adsl line which is not the case. I have a feeling this is what is preventing me from accessing the Internet. I tried the other router and same thing. I click on the verify link and it fails to load what ever it's supposed to load. Switching back to my old router is fine but for some reason I cannot get these two routers to work with my mweb details without this telkom pop up requesting I verify the adsl line. Any ideas?

Please always provide the make and model of any device you have issues with.
As Rickster say, when in doubt, factory reset these devices if it failed, then, feed the correct DSL settings to test the 2 new routers.

Looks like someone is using your account and have verified their phone number.
Now when you log on it sees a different phone number and knocks you off.
**Edit**
Log onto MyTelkom and check your phone account to see if your ADSL is connected.
The ADSL account will be your phone number stroke 1.
