More importantly, what did you signed for. As that instruction was given to the bank. Its so important to KNOW what you are signing for, and how you instruct the bond attorney's.
 
Do NedBank offer FlexiBonds (bonds where the paid money will be available for use)? At what point do we need to request the bank for the bond to be Flexi? I accepted the quotation and the BO said the attorneys will contact me within 14 working days.

I think access bonds are pretty standard from all the banks
 
I have the bond account number only. Do I just transfer money in from any account as if it's a normal Absa account?

I don't have access to the bond on my app yet because I have to do a special power of attorney to get it.

Correct. Its just another account.

I would say test it, do a straight transfer of only R50 for starters

thats hella quick, My wife complains about my speed, I think they beat me

We got offered occupation from 1sept as the owner is in a bind, but we declined cause , well...I dont wanna pay him for rent, currently im living almost free

now this speed? I think they greased the right palm somewhere

Congrats! what rate did you get? I got prime - 0.85 from Nedbank. Transfer attorneys appointed by the seller haven't even contacted me yet.

young marbro and his wife didnt always make great choices. Nedbank is also the only one that approved. We needed a 105%

Electric fence COC is done, busy with gas and electrical and off to sign paperwork for the sale of our house this Thursday with just under two months until planned transfer of both properties.
