Office 2007 Online purchase

Hi all

I read somewhere that you could download a trial of MS Office 2007 (whatever you prefer) and then purchase a key online from MS' site. Now it would seem (although I can't find the price directly) that it is a lot cheaper - R1700 about versus the R3000 locally upgrade price for the standard edition. I would rather download it and then purchase it directly from MS than pay retail fees. Is this true? Can you do it? Will you score?

Will that be the same like the instore one's?
Are the serial key re useable (if you format)

Not really too keen on pirating it. Seeing as it is for a business machine.
 
Home edition doesn't have all the things enterprise and Pro edition have
