Office 2010 License question.

Hi,

I have a dual boot system with Vista and Ubuntu that also has a virtual machine on Ubuntu (XP).

I have a Office 2010 Home and Business edition license (African dist only).
You can run this on up to 3 PC's in a home environment and 1 pc in a business environment.

Can I run it on my VM and on my Vista install without breaking license agreements?
