Office Bandwidth Tracker

Hi All,
I am looking for an application I can install on our office PC that holds our router, that will be able to track the amount of bandwidth used by certain IPs in our office...does anyone have any idea what application will be able to help me out?It would preferably need to be free...if not that's fine.

Depends on your network and your OS.

When you say "office PC that holds our router" what do you mean? The office PC is a router (which is possible, but I don't think you mean that) or it's the gateway machine machine with a modem attached to it? What is the OS? Are you on ADSL and if so what make and model is your ADSL modem/router?
