Office PC - advice

I need advice on whether it is worth to spend the extra money on a;

Core2Duo E6550, 2.33GHz, 4MB, 1333MHz FSB

rather than a

C2D E4500, 2.20 GHz, 2MB, 800MHz FSB

The motherboard to be used will be an Intel 'Frostburg' 1333 FSB

It's for an Office PC. Currently it will have XP on it but towards the end of the year or maybe next year we go to Vista on that.
 
I stand to correction but for regular office work I would say no.

How much is the price difference?
 
I wouldn't spend the extra cash if you're only going to use it for Word, Excel, Outlook, etc...
 
Pastel also :) wouldn't make much of a difference, I presume. But what if Vista is installed?

I don't believe that there's any reason to install Windows Vista on an office PC ;)

I've got a supplier pricelist (but I won't be buying from them but from a reseller :( )

The price diff is R350 but I at the reseller with markup the price diff might be even higher.

EDIT: Spanner in the works. I can get the E7200 2.52GHz, 3MB, 1066MHz FSB for only R100 more than the E4500.

Should I go for the E7200 instead than the E4500 2.2GHz, 2MB, 800MHz FSB???

Oops mistake. The E7200 is only R100 more than the E4600

I don't have a reseller price for the E4500

E4600 - R1229
E7200 - R1328

You don't need it but it will be a lot more fun ;)
For R100 if you can afford it, go ahead....
