Well its not bad ping, just not as good as mweb or web africa in cpt... And if mweb and telkom could bury the hatchet, they would also be a good combo. telkom ping to cpt speedtest.net server is like 13ms... So pings to cpt servers should be good...
 
I read an article now where the British Consumer Protector has been approached by a very prominent gaming group to review Black Ops ... mmm interesting!
 
If he has mweb bandwidth and doesn't use TS3, it will be fine :) if he does use TS3, I recommend he use low bandwidth channels.
 
I have had it with this game. I will be getting myself MOH (Thanks for letting me play a little Slayer). For as long as this crap has not been sorted out I will not touch this game again.

Yep. It does work but with TS3 my ping just jumps continuously. I lowered quality of all the channels and my ping is around 90. Without TS my ping is around 70. So you can play with 384kbs line.

It is ridiculous that you have to go through these lenghts to get a game to work that you PAID for. This is not the BETA but the actual product. I hope that consumer rights group ***** these guys up solid!
 
im re installing MOH and MW2, and uninstalling BlackOps, i think we should start a petition and send it to the next group of lazy developers/activision just to let them know that we wont buy this crap again, Treyarch ended proper Hardcore mode i ill never by another of their products, if the new cod has a hint of retardeds chance, they wont get a cent, il wait for portal and play it on stupendously difficult and wait for a proper AAA FPS, that could be some time.They need to move away from releasing every november, id rather they waited til the next year june and they finished making the game, but the greed of having a huge bonus riding on massive christmas sales releases makes these tards release it early full of bugs, i hope the masses that are unhappy with this release show their unhappiness by not buying the next so called "biggest fps COD of the year"
 
Just a thought we are a couple of people that are not happy at all with BO.
Why dont we move back to MW2.

If we are enough we will then get games quickly between us again, I assume we all had to get the map packs to continue playing.
Secondly hopefully Tryarch will feel some pain from our side not paying for the new mappack?

I played a couple of games on MW2 over the weekend. I still see some old faces around - people refusing to buy this crap...
 
So who exactly would we complain to in SA??? the place we bought the product from (in my case Look & Listen) or was there an intermediate publishing house that had distribution rights in South Africa? Maybe get the likes of NAG / Mygaming etc to spearhead a protest on our behalves ? Cause I'm pretty furious, I stopped playing last night.... was on a roll 18 -3 with my attack chopper out and my chopper gunner waiting when the game just went ape... my character got stuck, weird sounds started going off all over ... not even Ctrl+Alt+del helped ... I had to switch my PC off ?!?!?! What a load of shyte :(
