For now, I am not judging anyone, because of the lag/spike/shyt, cause I myself got some :wtf: kills.
afaik, there isn't hax/cheat available for this game yet, but then again, I haven't looked, but I think people will be more careful before using them, cause you never know
if you are playing with an Admin or not...

Edit: BTW Joe, your server is in CPT and for some reason, I lag more when playing on CPT servers, so for now, I am keeping away from them.
 
Shark, like you and I can't wait to install the game, load and start fragging, the hackers can't wait to dismantle the whole thing. I doubt they even start the game up before completely taking it appart and cracking it. Two days after launch a server side vulnerability was exploited and prestige hacking was born. Yes! There are already Prestige 15 people out there. On YouTube there is compelling evidence that aimbots and wallhacks have already been scripted. The good thing is, it seems that VAC is working much faster than in MW2 and hackers have already been banned, as well as the fact that we are once again in charge of our servers! :)

Check out the official COD BO forums. There are quite a few meek, hacking, wannabe-gamers, posting about accounts being lost.

Edit * P.S - I don't mind level hacking at all. If people want to take the fun out of prestiging, more power to them.

don't be naive - "The ArtificialAiming BlackOps hack is now ready to rock the servers! ... Get our ultra fast Call of Duty BlackOps Aimbot hacks and destroy the competition" ..... and haxors don't care about playing with admins or not as there is still no surefire way of picking it up.
 
Mate if mine told me there is already hax out for this one... Wallhax and aimbots... I mean - come on really?

Ja, the server is in CT - I also only play on there for a little while then I switch to NAG or something. They usually have pretty steady pings!
 
There is already hackers out there, in the community page search for the HACKER tagged video. Guy named Stop
Oh and welcome Spyk3r, played a couple games with you already :D

just to be clear, I saw Volklol play at rAge... He is just that good. Gets me down, but he is still young and doesn't pay his own bills yet by the looks of things... (May be wrong here)I would hazard a guess that he is either a student or scholar and as such has plenty of time to play...

Anyway, check out my second clip in the theatre gallery. Dodgy indeed. Either lightning quick reflexes or dodgy... That's KWV pak0pak...

Nick is Terumo in BO too ;) I just hope this lag ****e gets sorted soon, then we can properly see the hackers stand out.

I don't mind the level hack as well. When I reached P10 L70 on CODMW2, I kinda lost the will to play, cause all that xp means nothing. :D

Yeah, I have 2 friends as well and when they play, people also think they hax. Maplassie and Terak. I hate dying, but I use them as motivation to be better.

Random black screen crashes every couple of games, sofar i get less crashes on Treyarch Official servers.
Beta Ops needs to be patched ASAP :whistle:

strange my system has never black screened cod bo ever since purchase but the insane gpu lag is still random. +1 to patch thnx

The engine is pretty much old tech with more shiny bits added, so hax should be out pretty much instantly. BO runs w/ a modified WaW engine, which in turn is based on the Q3 engine. And the Q3 engine is open sourced, so the basic starting point isnt exactly black box.
 
They said they were aiming for a weekend release so... maybe?

well, other than the disconnects issue that happens about 4 or 5 times when I start playing, but eventually goes away... My game is pretty smooth.

NB: there is a new catalyst driver available that was released on Wed 17th Nov, Tried it out on the wifes PC yesterday (she has an ATI Radeon 4890), it got rid of the artifacting she was experiencing and she has not yet (touch wood) had another black screen event! YAY :)
 
Well I think I must have played about 10 maps last night without a problem... As soon as I alt tab, I get issues, as well as when I go onto the community section and when I go into the in-game friends list... But me and code played happily last night for quite some time...

I occasionally get start up lag, but once that's gone, a solid 60fps with aa on 16X and all graphics on full in hd resolution.. So no complaints this side :)
