Sadly I agree with you. Black Ops is awesome, but its no where near as good as Modern Warfare 2 IMO. The issues don't really help either....
 
Well, I am not doing any fixes or drivers or anything, they should have done a better job. :mad:

Anywho, I can play again, but then the next door lesbos invited us for some drinks, sigh, I missed COD BO. ;)

I read somewhere yesterday that Infinity ward have sorted there *** out and have regrouped?
 
Unlikely, cross lawsuits underway.The 2 Studio heads already signed with EA and created Respawn gaming, and when they left more than half the studio went too.

Though I feel the same about the state the game was released in, I have to disagree with every other point you made. The game is excellent, in my opinion and I've even seen some mean sniping going on. The gameplay is the best yet in the franchise and once the teams are sorted out in ranked games, this game is going to make name for itself in the official/competitive scene.

There are still some issues, but I have no doubt that they will be sorted out very soon.

I know Battlefield is epic, but this is fun in a different way.

has anyone heard any news about treyarch releasing a new patch.

my fixes helped but still the game is annoyingly semi playable (with huge amounts of frustration)
 
Yeah well, the game is boring me already as all you do is run and kill people or get killed. Mindless violence is what comes to mind. Zombies is more fun than the game because you can do something WITH you friends but to pay R500 for zombies is madness.
 
With all its probs i think the games good fun, games have come so far i remember back in 1988 we had a monochrome pc , and the game to play was Montezumas revenge - no patch required lol, im sure Treyarch will make more adjustments

Yeah, for your zombie fix alone L4D2 would have been much cheaper.

FFA I dislike for the fact you mentioned. Sometimes TDM as well.

You could try some DOM, DEM, S&D, CTF I find those to be more fun.

Nope.

They have been quite. Maybe they working on a actual "fix"

HC S&D is the best. I got lured into a game that said HC S&D last night, only to find they were playing HC TDM. :( I guess the admins changes the mode as they please without changing the name...
