what do u think about the current clanie format?

the 9 rounds attack then 6 rounds defends, best out of 15, kinda sux
should rather be 7 attack, 7 defend, last 1 'blackball' or 'funball'
tho the mw 2 format was the best, swap every 3/4 rounds.
 
Well, IF I get the time one day to join you guys in an actual clannie, THEN I will be able to comment. Looking at the format, it seems a bit lame and unfair though. On most maps it's much easier to defend, so if you're attacking 9 times out of the 15 rounds, the defending team is almost guaranteed to win everytime, unless you lack aiming skills ;) I mean, you've got plently of time or chances to work out the attacking team's strategy or way of approach. So how does the rest of the rules work - weapon loadout, perks (or lack thereof) etc. ?

I also just play with the micro AK. I think it does the most damage compared to the rest of the submachine guns. Fire rate is a bit low, but you need less bullets to put someone down. Has anybody used that camera thingy yet? Any good?
 
Question, I'm using TS3 and I have a i5 rig with GTX470 4GB DDR 1333 Mem with an Asus Motherboard and 1TB HDD. Now, and this only happens when i play BO mind you, whenever i start playing my TS3 drops, then the game gets a disconnected error, eventually it will come right but its flippin annoying and i have searched Google and i know im not the only one that has this issue. Does or has anyone else experienced similar, and if so what have you done to remedy it.

I had win 7 32bit and then installed win 7 64bit. All my drivers are updated and I use a G35 Headset.

Camera thing is fun for pub servers. Nice if you defending a point, especially if you have a sweet sniper spot and want to make sure no-one sneaks up on you.

I see there is a "Pro mod" type mod out. plays very nicely

Just add rapid fire, that is what everyone else is doing. ;)
 
Prestidge 3 and now I can't create a class on the 2nd and 3rd slot. I can change everything, but once I leave, so that it can save, it changes back to default, only the name stays. Anyone else have this problem?

Not maybe possible that you were kicked because of one of the members joining via the "join reserved" function? I wasn't online that night but we don't kick people unless they blatantly refuse to listen to at least one warning for disobeying the rules.

check your MP config file and make sure its NOT read only, and give that a try
damn its early

Well, I can create classes in the other slots, and I am guessing, if I can do that, then it can't be read only...?
 
So yesterday Dean [DPB] was hacking it stukkend in Black Ops. I saved two games in my file share and watching it you can see how he uses at least aimbot and wallhack. At times the aimbot is working so hard he hits nothing as it jumps between all the targets :mad:

I checked to see who this guy is and he is playing a bunch of online games starting with COD4 and is listed as part of wage (maybe admin?)

I've seen him online a lot in MW2 and BLOPS and is sad to see local guys hacking openly like that. When we confronted him he never said he is not using anything just that we must scan him we wont find it. And then for a while he turned it off and SUCKED and then put it back on again. Anyone that sees this guy playing and getting 80 kills without using killstreaks should report him please!

You guys are welcome to check the repays in my file share if you want.
 
Guys with your own servers, you should enforce the use of Xray (if BO is covered yet) ....... puts Punkbuster to shame with what it catches. We use it on our main CoD4 server at RIG to combat haxor chops.
 
Im bored with Black ops, the game is less fun the more i play, whiners and swearers, getting kicked, connection interupted, i think ive lost interest in fps games
 
try different strats ? instead of using smg go for shotgun or snipe (even though sniping is this game is borked ) theres lots of things to do ??
 
usually when I get owned by my friends, I just love going into Combat Training and pwning them back :P

can we just imagine how awesome this game would be if it's gameplay online was equal (if not better), to that of playing a game via LAN with no connection delays...
