Yeah been playing TDM too much now, thats why I want to setup a Mosh pit (still HC tho). I can set up the same rule for TK'ng (if u TK u die). But been thinking about turning TK off completely so friendly fire is allowed... What do you guys think will make a good mosh pit? TDM, FFA, HQ, DEM, CTF ... seems to be an good rotation, fairly well spread...
I haven't discussed games in ages on here...
One major plus point (to me) is that friendly fire damage discourages spamming explosives, as you could take out a friendly if you don't put some thought into it. I enjoyed the mirrored damage that was in the older COD, and would probably still enjoy that.
I love the mosh pit servers. TDM is pointless to me. I prefer an objective. S&D is also a pet hate - I like dying, and not spectating. FFA is also only practical with low player counts, so might not fit in a Mosh Pit server as well.
TDM, HQ, DEM, DOM and CTF should be able to keep up the momentum nicely. FFA will be too chaotic; SD too 'slow'; and some people don't seem to like Sabotage, even though I do
I just wish you had the killcam in HC modes. Killcams are one good way of discouraging camping. If you know who killed you and where he sits, he's unlikely to live for long.
