I still can't belive you people are defending Scolari. Genius... youre mad if you think that a Brazilian winning the WC with Brazil is an astounding feat. With the players they had at the time, they could have put an orangutang in charge and the job would have been done and dusted. Also, you don't really take into account the fact that the WC is a tournament, unlike the EPL/ECL where opposition managers have a chance to watch you 15 odd times a month before they play you. His tactical "genius" is severley limited - like... hmmm you take a guess. Mourinho was a bastard and moaned no end - but the man got results. With both Porto and Chelsea (and currently Inter). He knew what to do, when to do it and who would do it best. He is currently the best manager in the world and theres not a damn thing anyone can do to prove otherwise (statistically speaking).
If you would like more proof that Scolari is a tact(ics)-less buffoon, see the stats they did on the managers since the Roman era began at Chelsea. He is definately the worst manager on show and the way Chelsea are going they will win bugger all this and next season. Hopefully they get rid of Scolari and actually put someone with brains in the hotseat. Either that or he gets himself a whiteboard and starts drawing up solutions to the problems Chelsea are having.
