Yo. Benzema is cooking us right now. I’ve turned on “Do Not Disturb” to avoid calls and texts.

I feel like this is the weakest Chelsea team we've had in a while.
Spent so much on Pulisic, Havertz, Werner and Lukaku but none of them are even close to what we used to have with Hazard bossing the league. Man even Giroud excited me more than Lukaku.

Coach can only do so much, all the uncertainty around the club and around some veteran players possibly leaving at the end of the season is not helping neither is still missing Chilly and Hudson-Odoi.

Wish we threw an exorbitant amount of Roman's money at Raiola last summer and got Haaland, Lukaku at £97.5 million makes me sick.

In hindsight you can say that. Most of us were excited.

Last season was an anomaly for us to win.

I'd agree that Pulisic and Werner were good and worth investing in since they haven't hit their peaks just yet.

But anyone who thought it was a good idea taking that Man Utd flop for £97.5 million was crazy or desperate. He was clearly never going to be anything close to Drogba/Costa.

Our defense was incredible, looking back at the stats last year we conceded 3 goals across the Round of 16, QF, SF and the Final. We conceded 3 tonight.

We need to get back to how we were but I think lacking Chilly is hurting us.

What do you think he was doing at Inter?

Finishing last in the group stage with Inter last season.

Italy didn't have a league team in the UCL QFs last season while England had 3, with 2 going on the the finals. Same numbers this season.
Competition in England is clearly on another level compared to Italy.

But it could be worse I guess, he's getting a few goals when he's not dreaming of returning to Inter in the summer exodus. Almost on Morata level and not as bad as Falcao, Pato, Higuain, Batshuayi etc.

I'm talking about the league. He was slotting them easily. Tuchel came out with a statement today saying he's not sure why he hasn't adapted to the team, not necessarily the league. But I hear what you're saying.

I think we don’t have enough world class attacking options. Everywhere else we’re as good as the other elite teams (in my opinion).

Mason, Pulisic, Ziyech, Werner, Havertz. Good players, but I wouldn’t call any of them world class.

Lukaku thrives when given chances. None of the aforementioned players are known for the creative prowess.
