Can anyone running 4.2.1 Jellybean and has Friendcaster installed please confirm if friendcaster closes or goes to another menu when pressing back when you are looking at the newsfeed, on my S2 it goes back to a menu with events, friends, birthdays etc and then pressing back again closes it, on the Nexus it just closes the app so I can't ever access this page. Thanks

I picked up on the NET a lot of Nexus 7 owners are using Kindle Fire 7" covers, fits perfectly - even the cut outs correspond.

Incredible Connection and Dion Wired have a whole range of Kindle covers - check this option if you can't find Nexus 7 branded covers (Just take your Nexus with, to make sure) ;-)

Tried a few Kindle covers....no luck.

Also tried a few Galaxy Tab 7 covers...about 5mm too small....sucks.....

Hi guys,

Im in a dilemma, To get a Nexus 32gig Wifi only or not to get a Nexus 32gig Wifi only.

Ok so basically i want to get a Nexus 7. Im not sure if i should get the 3g model or the wifi only model. Price difference is almost R1k.

Ill just be using it to read emails, news, watch some series (if the screen is big enough?), browse the interwebs, read a few books etc.

Ive got a wifi router at home and people say that bluetooth/wifi tethering from your phone is a R1k cheaper option than getting the 3g version. What do you guys think?

Also, the galaxy tab 2 is around the same price and has 3g and a rear camera (not really important) but i just really despise Samsungs touchWiz layout, i dunno why tho

Any advice would be really appreciated, thanks!

Get wifi only
Doesn't seem like you really need the 3g, so you can use a hot spot or usb dongle if you don't have wifi

I got the wifi only and used the tether option. Works great.

Nope, Hi Fi corporation... the price went back to R3500 tho, but i made sure i left only R2999 poorer
