MTN (been with them ever since I got my Nokia 3310)!

Then this makes no sense that you can't get the HTC One :/ ,their probably useless ,shoved in a position with no knowledge of the field ..

Like i said earlier ,i order mine,after signing ..and got it 2 days after that

Hmmm mine was not flush that bad,i could feel it just right..if it doesnt give you any probs then don't worry about it..

Remember MTN and HTC offer you warranty assessment,meaning if the device has a flaw or breaks ect in under 6months and you send it in,they'll replace it with a brand new one,after those 6 months they will send it in for repairs like any other phone.

Oh,I already rooted my phone,does that void that HTC warranty

Who did you speak to at MTN Direct? I've been trying in vain the last month to get a straight answer from them!

One thing I hate about the One is the fact that sliding your finger over the home button opens Google Now. Any way I can change that?

I do believe there's a setting for that,instead of swiping you long press it to access google now..

Check under gestures..not to sure where it is,and don't have my new phone yet so cant help you now

I can't believe that MTN doesn't inform their staff about what they have in stock :/

Just bought a One on BOB for 5.5k. What a great phone.

I just have a small issue but don't know what to do.

My power button is flush with the phone and doesn't feel like a button that you press. When I got the phone it sticked out just a little bit....

I don't know if I should take it in or just live with it. It might take 6months for the phone to return if I give it in at a MTN store.

Welcome to the party bro.I have the exact same problem. It's a bit irritating but we will have to deal with it. If I we return it now,they will take forever and we are not guaranteed that the replacement will be any better :-\:'(

I installed custom Rom.Android sense 4.2.2 by Revolution.got my volume rocker to wake the phone.awesome battery life as well.no issues.
