The 4.3 official Sense update has been released for the Dev edition.
 
This ROM, always. This dude's work is the deciding factor in whichever phone I have at any given time.

As for rooting and the like, start here. Read until you think you feel comfortable with what you're about to attempt, then read everything twice more.

Also, I'm not responsible for your phone, E&OE, yada yada...

I'm experiencing a strange problem this weekend. Mid last week, I successfully purchased an app from the Google Play store. However, this weekend, I couldn't, as I continued getting the "unsupported payment method" message, despite my credit card being valid. I use an AMEX credit card. Anybody else (with an AMEX card) having this issue?
 
I also get the unsupported payment method with my Amex card. I think its based on the base currency that the app charges.
 
apparently it's a global roll out to non carrier branded devices 1st ,but their doing it in stages..obvious reasons (imagine the whole world getting it at one shot?!you'd have so much delay in the download or problems like network crashes)

So hopefully we'll see it end of this month! Like Deep said..
