I must say the support for the minnows from the locals NZ and Aus is quite refreshing.
 
Pakistan cricket has degraded very fast.
They could never field properly so no expectations there. They do not have a specialist keeper than can keep properly. Their batting is abysmal. It has been average for very long but now its just gone worse.

Their only strength was hit with bans or injuries, namely, Ajmal, Hafeez, Amir, Junaid, Gul. Its sad to see as they used to be very entertaining.

Including cheating by instructing umpires to ignore front foot no balls and appeals for LBW? I very much doubt that be the case! In fact it is so improbable it barely warrants comment...

Again, that's purely speculation! There's little, to no hard evidence supporting that theory! It's a widely held public perception but not much else.

Consider how NZ dominate both women's and men's rugby at all age groups, including 7's and it's not hard to see why they consistently favourites to win the RWC, despite only doing it twice! Given their dominance they should have won it at least 4 times by now, including 95!

Keep in mind it doesnt really help that conditions in the country means you can't play in your home country and you are basically on tour for the full year because their home games are played in UAE.
 
England are giving me so much enjoyment...they're playing Bangladesh and Afghanistan in their last 2 fixtures (day / night games at Adelaide and Sydney). I can see them losing one of those if they have to chase under lights against a spin-heavy attack. Which means they could get to 4 points max with 1 more win...Bangladesh just need one win from their last 3 games to get to 5 (Scotland, England and NZ).

That would be extremely satisfactory :D

If you watched both our quarter final, as well as the final, you would clearly see why this conspiracy theory isn't so far-fetched. In the last 20 minutes of the final, there were at least 5 clear kickable penalties that should've gone to France, and he only awarded one, which was almost on halfway.

Looking at the upcoming games for us and they all seem so far apart...tomorrow, Saturday, Thursday next week.

You know we were talking about both, but no difference...the viewers will watch something else. They are very fickle...it has been proven, here at least, that the ratings are affected by a) Aussies playing b) who they are playing and c) if not Aussies then at least a contest between two top teams, though that will not have as high ratings.
There are reasons why certain teams tour here more often and why certain teams have longer tours. The same applies in other countries.

If UAE v SA (for example) were in QF, SF or Final the TV bosses will be worried and I am sure the financial deals factor in who is playing.
