6.06pm Another manic innings by South Africa. From the moment Ireland dropped Amla and du Plessis they were setting themselves up for some punishment. They didn't have express pace, and there is only so much you can do with your spirit if you drop two big batsmen early on. At one time both Amla and du Plessis looked like they could score double-centuries, but they didn't last long enough. ABD fell early today - 24 off 9 - but Rossouw and Miller made sure South Africa went past 400. They added 110 runs in 8.3 overs together. Without any fuss South Africa added 230 in the last 20 overs.

If you compare their last 4 ODIs, I would drop QdK. Behardien has scored only 3 less runs, but taken 3 wickets. Both are terrible, but QdK worse in my opinion.

No, just move Qdk down the batting order and move Rossouw to open. Qdk has to keep instead of AB.

QDK should stay. You drop him you lose ab's fielding and you put extra pressure on his back (with which he has had issues in the pas). No need for that, QDK will come right. Plus Rillee's best knocks has been as a middle order bat. Drop behardien imho.

I tend to agree - drop de Kock and let Faf and Amla open. They opened well the last 2 games anyway, although technically de Kock opened, but he didn't really.

When zim had the flower brothers,neil johnson,heath streak,ect. That was a consistently good side. Also both zim and bangladesh are test nations, not the same as losing to non test playing sides.
