No he could have played in the game against india but the rested him to make sure he will be 100% for today :)
 
Oh I hope this game isnt affected by rain, the shorter the game the more luck comes into it

Near the bottom of the page if it is completely rained off then basically South Africa go through.

If this happens in the final they will share the trophy if they cant get a "Super Over" resolved.

In other words, it must either bucket down, or not all in the semi's. None of this off on jobs

Of course it's not fair, and all of us here would much rather see the game on the pitch as the the South Africans destroy the haphazard Pakis.

But if the match is rained out - how do you decide who goes through then? Results so far seems like a reasonable way.

Take it up with the ICC - has nothing to do with us. Especially not the fact that on paper and based on performance, we are better than Pakistan in every way. And of course we'd all prefer to watch SA destroy the Pakis on the field...
