What sort of battery life are you guys getting on custom roms?

I am now sitting at 2 days 9 hours since last charge and the battery is at 32%. This is with light usage.

With heavy usage I can barely make it through a day. A car charger does come in very handy...
 
Charging daily,when i'm at the office I plug it in and use the LG On-Screen Phone to keep an eye on it and reply to my messages,medium user

I get nowhere near that. I need to charge daily. I check gmail, make phone calls, read news sites and sms. Don't if that qualifies as heavy use?

Don't know, probably depends on how often you do what.

I didn't spend a lot of time on the net with it, made a call or 2 played a game while waiting and installed a app via wifi. 2 days and 14 hours now 29% left. (3G is disconnected)

Really worth it to get a car charger IMO, that way you don't need to worry about charging it every night...
 
i get a day on one charge
used to be less before i got juice defender
my wifi/3g is permanently on
do some browsing, emails, calls, fb etc on a daily basis - oh yes and some gaming
use the nav now and then

got the car charger with the lg car mount so thats sorted
 
Since installing Juicedefender two days ago my charge is sitting on 32% after a day and a half. I'm using the 'balanced' profile and I'm hugely impressed!

Edit: Forgot to mention - my wife played Soduko on my phone for close to two hours last night which makes it even more impressive.
 
what did u guys use to root?
im struggling with superoneclick and gingerbreak
