Think it's about time we have one :) found this quite a interesting topic seeing that windows rates hardware in a strange fashion. Bought a new rig lately? Got braging rights? Post it here! Rules are as follows:
1.List each component with it's curresponding rating.
2.If overclocked components are present please state your clock speed.
3.No mocking!

Mine are as follows:
i7 950 @ stock 3.06 7.5
3x2gb sticks DDR3 1333mhz Kingmax Ram 7.5
2x GF 460GTX 1gb SLI 725mhz 7.8 (Both Aero & Gaming Ratings)
2x Corsair F40 SDD (RAID0,40GB) 1xSamsung 1.5TB 5400RPM 7.9

WEI hates my SSD for some reason. It bombs out half way through testing. Funny stuff...

What SSD do you have? You must have a issue somewhere. Try running the ATTO disk bench and see how that goes.

As for the other thread.. hmm close. But I would really like all the guys to post their scores here makes for interesting reading and an even better discussion.

Processor - 6.2
Memory - 7.3
Graphics 6.7
Gaming Graphics 6.7
Primary Hard Disk 5.9

HP Laptop

Processor: 7.3 (Phenom II 955 BE @ Stock)
Memory: 7.5 (2 x 2gb low profile transcend DDR2 800MHz @ stock)
Graphics: 7.5 (ATI Sapphire HD4870 @ stock)
Gaming graphics: 7.5
Primary hdd: 5.9 (Samsung 1TB 7200rpm, was the same when it was a seagate 1TB 7200rpm)

My WEI also falls flat on the HDD test. But I'd rather have the 1.5TB than the high SSD score.

Sorry, a bit late :)

Please list your specs CorneN, so we can compare betta :)

Intel i7 920 | 6GB DDR3 OCZ | ASUS P6T Deluxe V2 | Geforce GTX285-SLI | 128GB Samsung RBX Series 1 FlashSSD

Try running the ATTO disk bench and see how that goes.

As noted above. I'll run ATTO laters when I home. Could possibly just be that the SSD is old. It's going to be replaced soon.

Ok, so I got my brothers PC up and running. A word of advice, don't put SATA 3gbps devices on 6gbps ports, they're actually slower. 2 SSD's in RAD0 on the 6gbps ports got read of 285 and write of 180. Moved to the ICH10R and speeds jumped to 468 read and 285 write.

Processor - 7.6
Memory - 7.9

i7 930

2x128GB SSD's RAID0

Processor: 7.5 - Core i7 940
Memory: 7.6 - DDR3 1600MHz @ 1067MHz 6-6-6-16
Graphics & Gaming Graphics: 7.6 - MSI GTX 460 Cyclone OC 1GB * I'll try to run this card in SLI tonight too :)
Primary HDD: 7.7 - G.Skill Phoenix 120GB SSD * This drive only scored 6.9 in my Dell Inspiron 9400 - See http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthr...rience-Index?p=4798839&viewfull=1#post4798839

LOL Juggy, my single SSD scored better than your brother's RAID config?! :p

You will most likely end up with a 7.8 in SLI ;)

ROFL. Yup. I got 7.8 in SLI.

When I upped my FSB from 133 to 167, meaning my RAM is now running at 1339MHz @ 7-7-7-21 and CPU at 3.8GHz,
only my CPU score increased from 7.5 to 7.6

One interesting thing, I accidently changed the HDD controller mode from AHCI to IDE and then the HDD score decreased from 7.7 to 7.2!

So now my lowest score is 7.5 which is my CPU :)

So all I have to say is that the WEI scores are screwd up. The RAID 0 SSD config of Juggy should outperform my 1x 120GB SSD, and then my 2x GTX 460 should outperform his 1x GTX480.

Yes, AHCI mode is known to perform better for some reason. I'm looking to OC myself im just waiting for a decent cooler as I'm still on stock. It's said you have to pass 4ghz to reach 7.9.

Eish, my i7 940 Engineering Sample doesn't like to be overclocked. At least the Asus P6T Deluxe V2 is doing its job.

I've now managed to get my lowest score to be 7.7 :D See http://media.z3.zoopy.com/media/2010/10/28/34317/247286/original.jpg

Had to overclock FSB to 174MHz and up CPU voltage -> i7 940 @ 4GHz, 1.42V ! & RAM @ 1400MHz 8-8-8-24
Overclocked 2x MSI Cyclone GTX 460 OC 1GB's to 850/1825

Not going to bother overclocking more than this, since the HDD will always keep the score down :)

Yeah, I agree. That's why we should use PC Mark for these tests rather. It's far more accurate. I also have the CPU at 19*190

I did enable write back cache last night and installed latest drivers so might improve today. Will update in a little while.

Thats a decent OC PaDa nice job :) Will try your settings on my GTX later.
