They have the best chance they have ever had in that they miss the chiefs. And they play other contenders at home(Waratahs, Highlanders) with a breezy tour (Rebels, Crusaders <-who all of a sudden suck, Blues) that has only one contender - Brumbies. Add to this a falling stormers outfit and the dejected cheetahs and their schedule suddenly looks sweeter than it ever has. And starting at home helps too - those wins build spirit, something that has been taken away from the WP / Cheetahs.

That said, one would be a fool to right us off. We're playing surprising well and we're showing true depth and spirit in our performances. Let's hope we can sustain it. I cannot help but wonder if we would be in the same position if we still had Spies. Without being ugly or rude, I don't think he has been a good captain.

No doubt. But I think their coaching is to one dimensional. That is where the changes should start

Ja - TBH, if we take SB out of the picture (and I have said this before) we enjoy matches like this and the previous one far better - when we see previously-arrogant mutton-fückers destroy each other and the underdog comes out tops. So big ups to Hurricanes and Rebels for tossing up the dreams of the NZ and Oz popular favourites. :D
 
@GGG, it is a big bitter pill to swallow that I am 0/2 for SB. As you say it is massively diluted by the fact that the underdogs klapped the favourites. The Rebels must have played out of their skins to come from behind and win reasonably convincingly.

I think we're all 0 for 2 at this point. SB was nice while it lasted. Now to enjoy the rugby. I watched these two in the corner of my screen on my drifta. I need a big screen to tow around with me wherever I go...

this is why I have stayed away from SB in the past. you start worrying about matches that don't really matter to you. complete bs.

naaaah I prefer not to be so involved. time. I don't have a lot for spare time for myself. one stormers game a weekend is about all I can handle.

Aye Rebels game it was, had them by 6. On the MyG pool I was the only one who picked them (there was a defaulter but defaulters are teh lame so pssssh)

Every person I've met with today has bitched about their SuperBru.

I chimed in as well. Fscking underdogs. Or was it the ref? Surely not? The Sharks only play tomorrow...:p
