Well done Lions, may the best team win next weekend. There is one issue though, this is a home game and the Lions did not look awake when the clock hit the 60th minute mark.
LOL, making the champs of last year look like the Southern Kings![]()
I wouldn’t laugh that hard, it was all Highlanders there at the end. The Lions looked depleted.

The Lions did make a whole host of substitutions around that time. Marx, Janse van Rensburg and Kriel were all pulled off. Think they just lost some continuity. They won't get away with that next week, that's for sure.

Most of the Key players where subbed. They just lost momentum. Nothing to be phased about tbh.
WTF is wrong with you? Are you a Landers supporter? You sound bitter.
As numerous posters has said the game was over after 60 minutes plus all the subs.
I know that everyone is being optimistic in this thread, but the Lions team cannot allow themselves to lose momentum next week. The Hurricanes have shown that they have the ability to score three tries in 10 minutes. The players which was subbed looked tired, and I believe that it is something that the Lions management has to be phased about tbh.
But, let's see how things go about next weekend.
