I have said some pretty negative stuff about the sharks this season so give me the opportunity to say "Sorry".

The guys have made me proud.

I don't expect to see them travel again and win but they've done enough.

I really want them to. I'm just saying that I won't be disappointed if they don't. It is just too much to expect the human body to cope at that physical level after so much travel. The Sharks were slowing down in the last15 minutes of this game.

As for the Stormers, just about everyone was saying how they would fail if any team got 14 points against them. The Stormers just don't have a plan B to play successful catch up rugby.

The Stormers dont have a plan other than defend and hope to get a few penalties due to the law of averages.

I dont think its impossible for the Sharks to win the chiefs... I think the have a great momentum dont into the final even though it is on the chiefs home ground i think the sharks peaked at the right time on the tournament to steal a win from the stormers LOL
 
The Stormers and the Bulls have the same weakness, namely the inability to adapt to a game that doesn't go their way. The Stormers try to lock their opponents down and force them to play their game. If that doesn't work they look like a fish out of water.

Anyhoo, big game coming next week. Really big ask for the Sharks to fly east again. You could see in tonight's and last weekend's game that the fuel tank ran empty the closer it got to the hooter. How did the Chiefs play yesterday? They were on a bit of a downward trend the last couple of games, because the Sharks' momentum will be difficult to stop in the first half.
