Chiefs were awesome yesterday!

The Sharks will have to take their A+++ game to them if they want to win....

Hectic. Cruden and SBW are dangerous, and those forwards are playing like beasts this year. Retalick, Messam, Taumalolo, Cane etc.

To be honest, I wouldn't mind if the Chiefs won. I like their style of rugby and gusto they played with this year.

Even though the Sharks have done unbelievably well to win their last two games, Chiefs will be favourites to win. Home ground and the fresher side. But as Sharks have nothing to lose, they can surprise the Chiefs like they did the Stormers.

The Stormers dont have a plan other than defend and hope to get a few penalties due to the law of averages.

It worked though. For the most part. The Sharks knew this and ensured that we scored every time we got into their 22. That is what flustered them. Hence Freddie's dropkick early on - it was a very smart move...

Aaron Cruden and SBW make a great partnership and lead their explosive attacking force.

Difference being they play a very one-tracked type of rugby. The Sharks have shown that (in the last half of this season at least), we can play, defend, and attack them all. Yip also disappointed with that result. Some bizarre decisions really - trying to take a penalty when we were 23-9 down is not the wisest decision, IMO. Unfortunately I think we're developing the "disease" known as choking. Also I don't understand why our players kept slipping when the Sharkies didn't. Also there were too many Sharks supporters for my liking at the ground :twisted:

Nah, as a Stormers supporter your opinion is obviously biased. Me being a Bulls observer, he's nowhere near being as annoying as the Stormers fanbois' pre-game bantering. Even post-match, actually - he's being called a douche for rubbing their arrogance in their faces.

There is nothing wrong with being a bit arrogant before a game. It's called team spirit!!!

And rubbing it our faces is all good since everyone is still on a high after the game. But to go to bed, wake up and carrying on with it the next morning is a bit douchy.

And I don't think there was one supporters group (not even the Sharks) that wanted the Stormer to lose more than the Bulls. There was "blind hatred" at work the whole week with emails and what not. So, WOTEVA!

His arms were tucked in close to his body when he made contact as he protected the ball. He then simply pushed Bismarck away from his body and he went flying.

If he was leading with the elbow or perhaps swinging away before making contact I would have said yes, dirty play. But Bismarck was legitimately pwned there.

Yeah, he went into that tackle all wrong. Nothing dirty about the play at all. In fact, I thought Etzebeth handled that very well. Held into the ball nicely through the attempted tackle.
