Hmm I dunno hey, i'm not sure its about defenders giving him space in so much as he is pretty fast. Just look at his change of direction and ball control...very good. Under the right conditions he might do pretty well in the EPL. Doubt SAF would even consider a bid for someone like that. Overpriced most likely

When Ronaldo first joined United, he tried moves similar to that but each time he was either chopped down (fouled) or lost the ball... Additionally EPL teams tend to want to keep possession of the ball more than letting a player showboat and lose the ball.

True that, but he just improved after that. When he first at united he wasn't very strong on the ball, he developed upper strength as he grew older, and he learned to keep defenders off him most of the time. A great player will always adapt to his environment.

Rumours Chelsea going for Hulk (again). Not sure if I like the guy... but I don't know if he's good or not.

hulk has been brilliant every season for porto

he has a killer shot and he is strong

united wanted him as well at one stage

did you see his goal in champs league ...roberto carlos (if you know whos that) quality strike

Yeah, a quality player in the Portuguese league. EPL is a totally different ball game though - by far the toughest league in Europe.

Lucas hasn't proven anything except be extremely crap, then start well this season and then get season long injury... now his gotta prove himself again

Similar to Anderson - played well in Portugal comes over to United and sucks big time... keeps getting lay off due to injuries...
