Some people are quoting 20mil :/ So I say the price is somewhere around 15-20mil. Really don't think Fergie would've paid that for him anyway. He showed lots of talent, but hasn't lived up to the promise yet and apparently he is terrible defensively. (I know he got himself sent off against us last season).
EDIT: Apparently city are going to try mould him into a CB.
EDIT2: Apparently the fee is 15m +5m in addons. City paying a premium for the "homegrown" tag.

I always thought he was a CDM? If he is, good luck getting game time behind Yaya and De Jong.

If rvp gets used like wenger used him last season then it's trouble. He is class. Admittedly didn't look that good in the euros but his awesome in the epl. So add 20+ goals and you can see the problem for the other teams...
