In Simple terms Lance, Spell the names of the TWO Steyns Please! and relegate in your mind Ruaan to the bench. Capiche.

Hmm I wonder if the coach had anything to do with us winning the trinations? Oh no wait, of course not, I forgot who I am speaking to.

Your chip on your shoulder has become a log it seems. In fact just the other day I spotted you referring to me when responding to someone else's comments. I think you may have become infatuated with me.... don't feel bad, it has happened to a lot of people.

EDIT : Oh look, Penguin, even PdV gave recognition to Morne for the win... he said "first let's give all glory to God"... you did say Morne was a god didn't you? ;)

The one good thing PdV did was put Frans Steyn in the starting line up. 3 kicks in his own half!:eek::eek:

...and brought back Burger when all others said he had passed his sell by date.

He didn't have a cracker of a game, mind you. But I always enjoy watching him play - he's a bit like Forrest Gump :p

I'd have to give it to Smit for his determination today though. And to the boot of Frans Steyn.

HE DID! What game were you watching? or do you only keep your eyes out for the glory boys who do the flash stuff?

Did you see the number of tackles he put in in the flyhalf channel? Did you see any of his aggressive work in the mauls?

This tri-nations will forever be remembered as the one where NZ and Aus needed to pool their scores to beat the Boks... eish man, they lost something chronic lol.

He did what he was brought on to do, its good enough, but that won't be remembered a few days from now. So no, he didn't stand out any more than the rest of the team, 'mafraid. However, the entire team played an exceptional game.

What an epic game!! All my fingernails are gone. :)

Congratulations Springboks!!! You really made South Africa proud today!

And who will all be in the welcoming party at OR Tambo when they arrive home?

Malema, Winnie, Stofile, etc...

Mostly us whites, I guess. But then I've never been interested in going to the airport unless absolutely necessary.

Hmm.... not sure racial differentiation like that is necessary.

And in fact I think you'll find that you may end up being sorely wrong. I attended the Springbok victory parade after the World Cup win and I can tell you that there were a vast number of "non whites" showing their support. In fact, as you ended off by saying, "non whites" are far more likely to make the effort than their lazy white counterparts (and yes, I am white!)....

"Lazy"? Some of us still have jobs of work to do. And what's the point anyway?

Once you learn to know Lance you will understand, I wanted to tell you Lance is going to be on your case with that innocent comment but allas he DID beat me to it as expected so I cancelled my post.
