Official Vox DSL feedback thread

Anyone else having terrible pings on Vox in Durban this evening? All was fine until 4pm when the pings have rocketed.
 
Anyone dealt with Vox support and actually got a response?

Their website design is horrible, had to change my credit card details last week, you don't get a proper confirmation that it was done - so I emailed them to confirm, that was Thursday.

Got home last night with a statement for a returned charge (i.e. card is cancelled) - replied to the auto-response on the ticket from Thursday and copied accounts - no response as yet.
 
Have had great service in past 2 years. Sent a cancellation notification for vdsl isp Service last week, got an email and call with 24 hours. Apparently the 1 month cancellation order is in place, let’s see !

I did my query via the IOS app on my iPad

Which is rather annoying to those of us who refuse to give up out personal privacy and grant social media companies full access to our every action.

You really should try it. I'm kind of a big deal, so companies should care about what I do.

Vox down? I don't believe it! Yes, it is.... but back up now for me. 10 minutes of nothing.
 
Nice to see Vox passing on savings from the new Openserve IPC price reduction. Has MyBroadband done an article on it yet? @rpm
